WhichDays is a social networking app. It was created to help people stay socially and professionally connected with their trusted contacts.
The app lets friends and colleagues know when they plan to be near each other. Users can chat and arrange to meet face-to-face when planning trips to town, events, or the office.WhichDays is not about thousands of contacts.
It helps people coincide, connect, and collaborate with those they know and trust best. When and where they want.
We ran usability tests on the existing application with a group of users and did functional tests with QA experts. We gathered feedback on using the app, analyzed it, and put together a report on key UX issues. Then we suggested solutions with low-fidelity prototypes.
The Client initially had only an MVP with a very narrow audience and few users. The challenge lay in broadening the audience, identifying and fixing mistakes, and simplifying the user journey with a clear UI and prevention of UX errors.
